CANCELLATION POLICY

We realize sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel please give us a courtesy call within 48 hours of class so that we can offer you a refund or apply your reservation to another class. NO Refunds will be given without proper notice.

Q: Do I need to register in advance?
A:  Yes, registration is easy on line with your credit card or pay pal account.

Q: What is the cost of the classes at Pics N Sips?
A:  The prices range from $26.50 - $32.50 depending on the class. Included in the price is your canvas, brushes, paint and use of easel.

Q: What time do I need to arrive?
A: Doors will open 30 – 45 minutes before class.

Q: What should I wear?
A:  While we will have aprons available, wear something you don’t mind getting paint on.

Q: What type of beverage can I bring?
A:  Whatever you need to get your creative juices flowing.

Q: Will there be cups or corkscrews available?
A:  Yes, we will have cups, plates, napkins and wine openers available for your use.

Q: Is food permitted?
A:  Yes, you may bring something to snack on.

Q: Is reserved seating available?
A:  Let us know when you make your reservations that you want to be seated with a group and we will do our best to seat you together.

Q: When are new schedules published?
A:  Around the 20th of the month a new schedule will be published on the website. You may join our email list for a sneak preview. Also if there is a particular painting you would like to request just let us know and we’ll see if we can get it in.

Q: Is there an age limit to attend a Pics N Sips class?
A:  Currently the age limit is 12 to attend a Pics N Sips class. If under 18 you will need to be accompanied by an adult who is registered for the same class. Remember the law is that you must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.

Q: Do you have kid classes?
A:  Yes, kids classes will be offered check  website for dates.
